How to Get Ripped Fast

Regardless of your level of fitness it is important to be realistic about your goal and understand what you are trying to achieve. Dropping several percentage points of your body fat ratio is not an easy thing to do, and it is not always a healthy thing to do either. Make sure that you are giving yourself enough time to do it in a controlled way rather than trying to drop a lot of weight at once. If you try to lose weight too quickly by starving yourself, your body will burn your muscle for energy and you will end up losing the muscle that you’ve worked so hard to build.
